As part of this recruitment drive, DRDA Morbi will recruit individuals to serve as Block Development Officers, cluster coordinators, and Technical Associates.
Block Development Officers will be the primary government representatives at the grass root level. These officers will be required to facilitate community development initiatives, ensure efficient delivery of essential services, and work with communities on rural development projects that have been sanctioned by the State Government. Block Development Officers will also be responsible for interactions with Central Government officers and for monitoring the progress on various State and Central Ministry schemes.
Cluster coordinators will be in charge of overseeing multiple blocks and ensuring that program goals are implemented within a specific period of time.
